
If you are not a current customer and you have a problem and want us to help you, please call us. We will do everything we can to help you. If you have an emergency and are not a current customer, be advised there will be a minimum charge even if we don't send someone on-site.
If you are an existing customer please use the help desk and open an emergency ticket before you call.
New Customers

Before you call
Get as much information as you can about the problem. How many people is it affecting, what is the scope of the problem, is it affecting your business and are there workarounds. It is important to remain calm if it is an emergency. Also think about the extent of support that you will need, do you need us to come on-site or can we work remotely. If we are able to work remotely make sure that you are authorized to give us login credentials. If you are not a current customer we cannot make any warrantees or guarantees.
Current Customers
We provide tech support through your help desk system and for emergencies you may contact us by phone after opening an emergency ticket. If we do not respond within 15 minutes please escalate using the escalations document you received. If you are unable to reach your rep please call Russ directly using the phone number on the contact page.
