They will poke around your systems and guess as to what solution may fix the problem, without ever knowing why it fixed the problem or what originally caused the problem. If a problem arises we will find a solution, learn as to why it happened, and put measures in place to prevent it from happening again.
We Do Things Right, Many other IT firms make money one simple way: They charge you a fixed-rate monthly fee and then avoid you. With less man-hours spent in your offices the more money they make. We are not like that, we want to build a solid relationship with you and earn your loyalty. We'll never recommend a service or product to make a quick sale, or provide a quick fix. We'll give you our honest opinion.
